9000 Series
The 9000 Series is the culmination of decades of continuous development of the Micro-Shear® flush cutter. With a cutting range up to 12 AWG (2mm) soft wire and durable cutting edges heat treated to 56-58Rc, these tools offer a quality solution for multiple cutting applications.

9100F Oval-Head Micro-Shear® Lead Retaining Flush Cutters
The 9100F is a lead retainer version of the 9100, the most durable Micro-Shear® flush cutter we’ve ever made. Tough, alloyed steel, state of the art heat treating and ultra-precise CNC grinding combine to create the ultimate shear cutter. The ultra-low profile design of the lead retainer provides excellent access while special no-slip mounting ensures its accurate positioning on the shear. Use it to flush-cut and hold onto both ends of soft wire up to 12 AWG (2.0 mm).

9100ASF Oval-Head Micro-Shear® Flush Cutter with ESD Safe Grips and Lead Retainer
All the qualities of the 9100F plus static control grips. ESD-safe hand grips conform to ANSI/ESD.S20.20 and DOD-HDK-263 and have a surface resistivity of 1×10(6)-1×10(9).

9100LHF Oval Head Micro-Shear® Flush Cutter with Long Handles and Lead Retainer
This extra long handled version of the 9100F reduces pressure on the operator’s hand at any given point and offers more repositioning possibilities. Handles are 5.75″ long (146 mm).
9100LHASF Oval Head Micro-Shear® Flush Cutter with Long Handles, ESD Safe Grips and Lead Retainer
This cutter combines all optional features of the 9100: long handles, static control grips, and a factory-installed lead retainer.
9200F Tapered-Head Micro-Shear® Lead Retaining Flush Cutters
The 9200F is a tapered-head version of the 9100F. It offers increased precision and improved access in high density areas. Use it to flush-cut soft wire up to 14 AWG (1.6 mm).

LX Series

Maxi-Shear™ Series
Xuron® Maxi-Shear™ Series Flush Cutters are made from the highest grade of 0.125″ high carbon steel, meaning they are built to last. With our patented Micro-Shear® cutting action, you can easily and smoothly make precision cuts through soft wire and cable up to 14 AWG (2 mm). Lead retaining versions of these tools include the following:

With their ergonomically-enhanced size and shape, Xuron® 400 Series Micro-Shear® Flush Cutters are designed to provide a secure “fit” in the operator’s hand, resulting in more precise control. This series features a glare-eliminating black finish for operator comfort and enhanced contrast between the component lead and tool. Lead retaining versions in this series are capable of cutting soft wire up to 18 AWG (1.02 mm), and include the following tools:

170-II Series

Lightweight and with a glare-eliminating black finish, they’re made from tough alloyed steel, with a Rockwell hardness of 54-56C for durability. Micro-Pneumatic™ Series
The Xuron® Model 590F Micro-Pneumatic™ Cutter with Lead Wire Retainer is a must-have for any high volume manufacturing environment. Designed specifically for ergonomics and productivity, it’s sized to fit comfortably in the operator’s hand. The 590F is lightweight, ultra-quiet and fast acting, and it requires only 50 p.s.i. air pressure to operate. It can flush cut soft wire up to 16 AWG (1.27mm), and it has the added benefit of a lead retainer to catch cut-off wires. The unit includes a 6 foot (1.83 meter) air supply line with a 1/8″ NPT termination.
