No one buys a product hoping they will need to make a call to the manufacturer asking about the warranty. It’s been my experience that people avoid making these calls because they anticipate a negative reaction or simply don’t want the aggravation.
Because we are confident in the quality of our products, we provide a simple, no-hassle, warranty program. You contact us, let us know what’s wrong, and we fix it. Simple.
We will ask a few questions just to help determine if the right tool is being used for the task and we may ask that the tool be returned if we feel it will be helpful to our QC department to evaluate it.
